Finally achieved the 52.2kilogramme body weight from 56kg in 6 months

  Yes, I managed to lose the 4kilogrammes within 6 months. If you average it, it is indeed considered slow but steady. However, the losses happened in the trend of losing a bit, stagnant, yo-yo and the final two weeks were dropping very fast. You guessed it, I probably lost some muscles in the process of achieving my recommended weight from doing almost daily 500 calories workout and intermittent fasting of more than 12 hours. In fact, at the time of writing, I am still losing beyond 50kg with empty stomach. My lowest body weight after I become an adult was 45kilogramme which was considered borderline in terms of BMI measurement.  Those unsteady losses (and gains) also attributed to my weight/strength training. There will be time when my Honor digital scale would warn me about low muscle mass and protein. Based on the reading, despite the suspicious of possible error, I still put more focus to address it--by having more strength workout and reduce cardio, eat more eggs, milk and meat.
