Tips to drive in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor

It is a fallacy that driving manual car can bring you to hell. Me, being born with skilled hand-foot coordination am doing fine driving at the roads which always strucked with traffic jams. It is not true that you will have a developed calf after driving awhile as well, since there's a gear position called as 'Neutral' which you may rest, without having to pedal or release the clutch. Getting lost in you direction? Yes, it happens to everyone. Even with the help by GPS that I bought. Bear in mind, be it a Garmin or Papago software, its going to help a bit by telling where you are and also piss you for giving a non-sense instruction. e.g Supposedly you may go ahead, but the machine will instruct you drive to the left and U turn and U turn.....In short, the GPS can never be smarter than human's brain. Way-way RM299, Papago software- Easily heated when in used. The alternatives will be google map, jot down the identified route-road name, landmark, buildings and e

Treated as Orang Kampung

Since I have to repeat again- Peninsular people do look down on the kind of person, like me. Recently I was made fun for the not so appropriate pronunciation of  a word. I've checked with dictionary, I was right. But he was laughing at me... It continued with other colleagues, whereby they sort of thinking I never been to Genting Highlands, and started to fool me by telling nonsense that I had to bring passport; or I dont look like a local that's why I have to bring it; bla bla bla.... I am not denying that  I am hurt by the fact that the so called 'city people' was insulting and humiliating me. But, those words really inspire me to be a lot better than them. If not better, hardworking will be cool.

What is going on in the head of Sabahans?

Had dinner with a lone ranger Sabahan in KL just now, we had a quite insightful conversation of the people in Kuala Lumpur. The common one is- a)They perceive those without the slanted eyes or dark complexion as Malays, where we are not at all!!! We are Sabahans- Kadazan, Murut, Rungus and etc. (of course not Iban...ok?) b) Kota Kinabalu is in Sabah, and Kuching, Sibu are in Sarawak. c) Ignorant peninsular people looks down on Sabahans because they think that we are living on the trees. The unsual one: a) Peninsular people will not hesitate to backstab anyone b) Sabahan and Sarawak are more kind-hearted, prevent from hurting others. (But, have to shield ourselves when come to KL) c) Overall, Sabahans are more hardworking than local

Directed and wrote by Andrew Niccol, this hi-sci fiction is about time as the currency for people in future. As soon as they celebrate their 25th birthday, they would have to keep on working to stay alive. In short, poor people have to work strenuously to keep on living. Thus, eating, leisuring and  resting are big no-no to the people. Salas (Justin Timberlake) hit the jackpot as he saved a man with endless time suffice for him to travel to the rich-people vicinity.   Niccol has set a contrast where the rich people dubbed the 'slow' society could live centuries. It is where Sylvia Weis (Amanda Seyfried) becomes attracted to fast-moving Will , she wanted to be more than who she was- the highly protected daughter of an immortal (a tool fee of a year= 525600 minutes). Feeling empathy toward the underprivilleged people, she started to rob her own father's  banks and give out the money to them.  Despite of not many actions, but I learned a lot on the rational that endl
