That's My Future?

Just attended the last phase of becoming diplomatic and administrative officer recently. In short, it was bad and unprofessional. Two panels were quite rude in the sense of insulting my current profession. They critisised the way of my company operating the products and told a worker like me to change everything. That was still fine. But, it is not okay when they are being denial of what I stated about the flaws in government system...everyone knows about it. If lying or being untruth is the essential to be a government servant, I rather not be one. Im not impressed with the way they bombarded me questions about national policy or initiatives...they themselves cant even recall it. Saw their notes on the table. Thought they supposed to know it at their fingertips? P/s: you dont question me things that you dont know but you act like you do. Err, it seemed that those people had also do background check on my family members. Im definitely uncomfortable with the situat

Bree at 12th week- 10cm. Bree at 14th week-14cm. I am so happy to see Bree has actually grown bigger despite encountering occupational hazards on a day before I got it scanned. It is very important to let the employers know about pregnancy to avoid mishap happen at workplace. I am really regret for my ignorance and thankful to god that He protected Bree. Thanks Bree for being such a good girl. And the incident makes me realise how much I am in love with Bree.

MOGTT

Image
Obs at the Klinik Kesihatan Luyang said recent research inducate pregnant women above 25 need are susceptible to gestational diabetes melitus. Therefore, on my 14 week, I had to undergo the painful test- the MOGTT (modified oral glucose tolerance test). One has to start fasting from 10pm the night before till present day at 7am. Clear fluid is allowed though. Although it is indicated that the test will commence at 7, but due to many people on queue, the test delayed an hour after registration. At 8am, I was already low in sugar and extremely hungry. Despite many lamented the concentrated sugary drink tastes like shit, but it wasn't for me. I finished them within three swallows. The lab technician instructed me to come back two hours later. There are blood taking procedures before and after the sugary test. I started to feel discomfort in between the waiting time...there was also transient disorientation to place while I was driving, couldn't recognis

Sexist Male Colleagues.

Its almost half year since I started my work here. I notice guys colleagues are not keen to hang out with females. It could be due to we don't smoke like them. Thus they excluded us in their gathering. But what about having drinks together? Why they seldom ask us to join them?Im wondering what they always talk about when they gather together?do they talk bad about us?or are they planning big mission in destroying the world? I remembered my former colleagues, guys, they were so nice..always called us for lunch or tea. Seldom treated us like "second class" workers.

Asia's Top model Episode 9.

Helena had a "panic attack" and was sleeping the whole day after Nadya said they were disgusted with her pretentious behavior.Sofia in other way thought that Helena was just faking it and she decided to move into Stephanie's bigger room where she was staying alone. As for the mini challenge, Nadya and Joey had held a "poised and elegant" class for remaining six models. Jessica nailed the challenge as she was able to eat elegantly. She won a spa session with Nadya at the spa center at Hotel Capella. Aestha wasnt a chopstick savvy, while Sofia was heard slurping the spicy soup. After the challenge, those girls except Jessica had one hour to dress up for the red carpet appearance wearing Malaysian designer Farah Khan. Helena was quite confident and look pretty. The moment she stepped into the atmosphere, she could blend in with the guests at the scene. She was loved. Daniel Joey liked Sofia most as the photographers were "following" her, he

Still Having Morning Sickness

I just passed through the first trimester, and I thought I would have the chance to live like normal human being. But it is not, I finally had my first vomitting in office and it occured in front of my boss who was in the middle of briefing me about my work. Earlier, I had milk and corn flakes. I was fine until my boss called me to stand next to him. I could feel the throwing up wave, Ive told him I really had to leave for bathroom but he kept on talking. I couldn't control it. I was cupping the vomitus with my hand. I continued doing so in the toilet, it also stained my hair as everything happened so fast, spilled it on the floor as well. I felt so bad that the whole room was smelly. Recalling back what had induced the vomitting...I guess it was the carbonated drink I had for the dinner and mixed with milk during breakfast that caused all the mess. I should have avoid it. Everytime after I vomit, I would definitely depressed and refuse to eat anything later-my husba

Preparation for Pegawai Tadbir Diplomatik M41 interview-Part II

Image
Part I- PTD Job description Part II- The preparation of attending interview. Hairdo. What about making a French Twist hairbun? Easy, tidy and can be done in less than five minutes. I think it looks elegant for those who have long hair. Needless to say for those with short hair, it is even easier to manage- Wax and clip it evenly at any side you want it.   And the attire? Best is to stick to what is being suggested by the Public Service Commission:   If you notice, both are wearing black leather shoes with heels. However, I prefer to wear traditional clothes as it has always goes right in the eyes of interviewers. They will always be particular on the second picture as the skirts is either too long or too short.  The choice of color? something decent and not too striking. while please stick to maximum three colors- including the handbag color if possible.  Interviewers are also particular on how a lady place her handbag during the session. Usually there will be

Preparation for Pegawai Tadbir Diplomatik M41 interview-Part I

Despite my "naughty" posts in this blog, it didn't jeopardise my chance to be called for the last phase of getting recruited as a pegawai tadbir diplomatik. Initially, I did presume those people in public service commission would search me with the IP adress and ban me for forever. For the last two assessment, I did not prepare much as I just didn't feel like or know what to prepare (except the running part). But this time, I just had the gut that I have to prepare in term of knowledge, and how to attend "government" interview. And I feel like jotting the notes here might be beneficial to others as well. Knowledge: Job description:  It is a managerial or administrative work in implementing national policy, executing and monitoring the programmes under the policy. And of course this post has specialisation areas in International Relations and Foreign Affairs, National Security and Defense, Information and Communications Technology Management, Admini

I can MAKE a baby-effortless?

Bree at 12th week and 10cm. Husband and I were overjoyed to see Bree finally has her head at this time although I didn't put up much weight (I actually lost 3kg). She looks so much like my husband- at our first glance. Staff nurse did laugh at our point of view. Seriously she grows so fast, I couldn't understand how I "mould" her into current shape. As the last time I had a scan, she was just a tiny peanut. God is so amazing in doing his job (unlike me, hating to eat food). Dear Bree,  when I saw your normal growth, I think you are an amazing child and you will be someone Im really proud.

Asia's Top Model-episode 8.

Kate was really upset as her "wife" Raechel was eliminated from the competition. Her other remaining housemates except Helena were trying to console her.  Meanwhile, the girls were talking about Sofia who won the best picture last week. But Helena commented that she was surprised with the panels' decision as the winner looked ugly there. Nadya's mail came in and it hinted that the next challenge will be putting make-up on their own. Sofia taught all the girls on what she knew about makeup application. Perhaps her kind gesture to other girls made her win the challenge besides she was really good in applying makeup. The celebrity makeup artist gave them few minutes of hands on tutorial to do edgy eyeshadow and to contour the face. The participants were given 15 minutes to fulfill edgy look with M.A.C makeup. Earlier Melissa took note on using brownish golden color to create shadow for the face, but it turned out she used reddish color. The celebri
