Finally achieved the 52.2kilogramme body weight from 56kg in 6 months

  Yes, I managed to lose the 4kilogrammes within 6 months. If you average it, it is indeed considered slow but steady. However, the losses happened in the trend of losing a bit, stagnant, yo-yo and the final two weeks were dropping very fast. You guessed it, I probably lost some muscles in the process of achieving my recommended weight from doing almost daily 500 calories workout and intermittent fasting of more than 12 hours. In fact, at the time of writing, I am still losing beyond 50kg with empty stomach. My lowest body weight after I become an adult was 45kilogramme which was considered borderline in terms of BMI measurement.  Those unsteady losses (and gains) also attributed to my weight/strength training. There will be time when my Honor digital scale would warn me about low muscle mass and protein. Taking it slow but consistent in losing body fat.

Despite some time away from that, I already started questioning myself whether I have done enough.  Like many, one of the things to look into is always the health or body weight/body fat. My cholesterol level has been at the borderline and exceeded the normal value for the past three years. I always thought that having active exercise lifestyle will help as how it was when I was younger.  But it turned out it did not help much as long as I am not looking after my diet intake. I am not saying exercise doesn't not help at all, probably that is also the reason that my cholesterol level does not spike too much to the extent that jeopardise my health badly.  Right now, my body fat percentage is 30 per cent, which is 1 per cent away from "Unhealthy body fat percentage".  Thus, I am taking slightly "strict" diet control which also includes omitting "obese" and "foodie...
