Embarking on a Minimalist Journey   Adopting a minimalist lifestyle isn't something that happens overnight. After reading *Minimalism* by Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus during last year’s lockdown, I realised the importance of living with less to achieve greater happiness, contentment, and freedom from materialism. Inspired by Marie Kondo’s approach to decluttering—keeping only what “sparks joy”—I’m challenging myself to embrace the minimalist mantra of “only what you need.” But it’s not easy. Parting with items I already own often brings guilt, knowing they’ll likely end up in a landfill.
