The heartbreak kid
It is a true story that life could turn pretty ugly when our partner shows their real behavior, especially the not-so- nice-one.
The heartbreak kid story was about Ben Stiller stars as Eddie, the 40-year-old confirmed bachelor who finally says "I do" to the beautiful and sexy Lila (Malin Akerman). But during their honeymoon in Mexico, the woman of his dreams turn out to be a total nightmare- Lila loves to sing all the time, she farted loudly, was vain and ridiculous and other weirdos- it freaking Eddie's out that he increased the chance to fall in love with another sweet girl named 'Miranda' which drove him into a divorce to Lila. Eddie became a hard-core refugee to come back to Mississippi from Mexicoas his ex-wife burned his wallet and passport. I was touched to see his determination to get Miranda back but unfortunately, his love life was recently married to her cousin, Cla.
After two years, Eddie moved to Mexioc and was married to Mexican girl. There he met divorced Miranda again and here it went again trying to divorce second wife for Miranda....
P/S: If without the ending part, I would have like this fairytale. But, unfortunately Eddie was seen as a casanova and a man who could not accept women as they are. This movie is also sexist as it only exhibit the ugly side of the woman and not man. I do believe that man is more disastrous when it come for comparison.
