This week, the still on the running girls are required to shoot advertisement on hair product brand Tressemme.
During the first challenge most of the models were quite tensed filming themselves. As usual, Helena was overconfident that she would win the challenge, but the mentor Joey King commented she looked childish.
And again, Aestha won it by giving her best at the last moment. Unexpectedly the model nature came out of noway, and she just said what's approariate. Her reward was to stay 1-night at hard rock hotel at Sentosa Resort World. She chose Steph to go with her.
They were also surprised that Tresemme is going to sponsor Aestha to New York for the Fashion Week 2013. "Going to New York is a big thing for me, because Ive only been to Nepal and Singapore to date," she said.
And the mean girl Helena was so jealous about it and thought Aestha did not deserve those as she looked nervous and un-energetic earlier before the shoot. "yeah, she will be there for visit while I'll be on the runway,".
As for the photography session on the same product, they were required to have "secret" expression on having healthy hair.
Aestha did it again, she conveyed the right expression at her last 30seconds. Other girls like Sofia and Jessica were doing good.
The photographer Todd Anthony Tyler said Jessica had the most improvement among others. However, Sofia had the best picture of the week.
Malaysian Melissa was said to have sad expression instead of portraying what the clients wanted. Panels agreed her true personality shone through her eyes.
Helena gave sexy and slutty poses that it irritated the photographer. She moved like an untamed tiger and failed to fulfill the requirement. Todd remarked that all girls had to be careful with Helena as she will snatch people's boyfriends.
Kate had gut feeling that she would be in bottom places this week and begged those judges that she would give her best next time, if she would be given another weeks. It turned out that she was right, and her best buddy Raechel was with her at the last two places. Judges decided that pretty face Raechel had plain expression, and she had to be eliminated.
It seems like there's no room to slack in this competition.
