Today I paid a visit to the saloon at Megamall. As I had made the reservation earlier, I was quite surprised when they asked what I would like to do with my hair. And I was asked for three times as if they don't even know the sevices they featured in Groupon.
The saloon was quite small and crowded, but I believe that shouldn't be the reason they are slacking in their service.
While I was sitting and waiting for my turn to have those services, a man turned out of blue that I should cut my hair like ****, I couldn't recall what he was trying to tell me cos he was just talking without me getting ready to his comments.
SUDDENLY, I was told to have my hair washed, that time, I was shocked with the super cold water running through my hair.
As for the hair treatment, another foreign face hairstylist just apply TINY LITTLE amount of unknown brand hair treatment unto the end of my hair ONLY. Then, she just wrapped a portion of my hair with plastic.Where's the steamer?Why they don't put my hair under steamer?Isn't that no difference with the hair treatment I do at home?
After awhile, another foreign hairstylist helped me to rinse off the cream within "1 min"? I was totally speechless.
I also overheard their staff used the leftover dying agent for other customers. "You transferred those agent to new pallette"...
In addition to those poor service, they also charged me extra RM35 for the hair length. It is even annoying that they recommended me to like their facebook page.
